MANUAL THERAPY AND MYOFASCIAL RELEASE FOR JOINT MOBILITY AND RANGE OF MOTION.
Over our lifetime, the connective tissues in our body can shorten and tighten. Whether from injury, poor postural habits or, well, life, this shortening and tightening can end up restricting range of motion--possibly leading to compensations that generate pain or further injury.
Using the applications of hands-on therapy and myofascial release, our therapists are able to assess the sources of your pain and tightness, and then help soften and guide the tissue back to a place of mobility and ease.
